Windows 10 Creators Update

Microsoft have released Windows 10 Creators Update, and the update will be gradually sent out to all Windows 10 computers over the coming months.

The update adds Paint 3D to Windows, improves Edge and Cortana, and enhances security and performance throughout Windows. It offers better gaming performance, and a feature to broadcast game play online.

The new night light feature can dim the display for more comfortable use after sunset, and your computer can be configured to lock and unlock as your mobile phone moves in and out of Bluetooth range.

The update is large – about 3.5GB for most computers – so those on mobile internet services with low data limits may need to plan ahead or download it at a friends’ house or over a public WiFi service.

You can start the update manually at a convenient time by visiting the Microsoft Windows 10 download page.
